Minecraft is a mainstay in children's leisure time but it is now able to even aid them in pursuing an occupation.
CareersCraft is a new Minecraft world created by Careers Wales, aims to help children aged between eight and 13 to explore and develop their career skills and knowledge.

Six zones are named after landmarks: the Senedd Big Pit, Coal Exchange, Caernarfon Castle, and the Big Pit.
Each zone corresponds to the specific learning area in the new Welsh curriculum.
It is free to download, but there is a Welsh education edition is available. The edition contains lesson plans for teachers.

The players explore the area and complete challenges and activities while they travel, learning about the various industries and careers in Wales and discovering more about their strengths and interests.
Maggie is a student at Risca Comprehensive School in Caerphilly county, said: "It was a fun experience and great to discover and explore different career options through Minecraft."
Ferne, another pupil, said: "It made my think about my future but it was also fun."
Gareth Phillips, Careers Wales, said that CareersCraft was an extremely innovative resource that will assist to raise aspirations and broaden the horizons for future generations.
"It's been amazing to watch young people traveling around the world and developing their thinking skills and problem-solving skills, while also learning about Welsh heritage and pondering their future career choices."
